Welcome home to this nice, clean, and mostly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home, move-in ready and packed with upgrades! The entire exterior of the mobile home was painted a few months. An awning over the front door was also added. This home is on a permanent foundation so it can get lending. Inside the home you will find solid surface flooring throughout. There is also a wood burning stove for those cooler evenings. Permanent brick skirting gives this home a solid, finished look you don't always find. Step outside to a fenced front yard, perfect for pets or extra privacy, and unwind on the back deck — ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxing. There is even a spot to park a boat along with your cars. Schedule your showing today with the selling agents! Home was pending, but the buyer's financing fell through so it is back on the market due to no fault of the sellers. With an acceptable offer sellers can help with closing costs or a rate buy down.
